Peer Review Policy

Aaradhya International Journal is committed to maintaining academic quality, research integrity, and the credibility of published scholarly work. The peer review process is intended to evaluate the originality, relevance, clarity, and academic merit of submitted manuscripts.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance to the journal's aims and scope, compliance with submission guidelines, originality, and basic academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's requirements may be returned to the authors or declined before further review.

2. Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening may be sent to qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers assess the manuscript's research objectives, methodology, originality, presentation, references, and contribution to the relevant field.

3. Review Criteria

The evaluation of a manuscript may consider the following criteria:

  • Originality and significance of the research.

  • Relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

  • Quality and appropriateness of the research methodology.

  • Accuracy and clarity of the analysis and conclusions.

  • Quality of writing, structure, and references.

  • Compliance with applicable research ethics standards.

4. Editorial Decision

Based on the editorial assessment and reviewers' recommendations, a manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revisions, returned for major revisions, or rejected. The final publication decision rests with the journal's editorial team.

5. Revisions and Resubmission

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to editorial or reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts should address the feedback provided and may be subject to further review before a final decision is made.

6. Confidentiality

Manuscripts received for review should be treated confidentially. Editors and reviewers are expected to respect the confidentiality of submitted work and not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Editors and reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality. Appropriate steps should be taken to ensure that manuscripts are evaluated fairly and objectively.

8. Research Ethics and Plagiarism

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts represent original work, appropriately acknowledge sources, and comply with relevant research ethics requirements. Concerns regarding plagiarism, duplicate publication, data integrity, or other ethical issues may be investigated in accordance with the journal's applicable procedures.

9. Fair and Objective Evaluation

The journal aims to ensure that editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance, and quality, without discrimination based on personal characteristics or institutional affiliation.

10. Publication Decision

Acceptance for publication is subject to the completion of the applicable editorial and review procedures and compliance with the journal's publication requirements.

Note: This policy is a proposed template for Aaradhya International Journal. Before publishing it, confirm the journal's actual review model (such as single-blind, double-blind, or open peer review), reviewer selection process, and editorial procedures. Do not describe a review process as established unless the journal actually follows it.
